Often referred to as a ‘city within the city’, Gulberg is one of the largest legal housing schemes in Islamabad. It has been divided into two major sub-districts including Gulberg Residencia, and Gulberg Greens.
As the name suggests Gulberg Residencia is purely a housing scheme with residential properties including houses, apartments, and duplexes. It has been further divided into 22 blocks.

Model Town in Islamabad has been developed in a peaceful vicinity of Simly Dam Link Road. The neighbourhood is also popularly known as Islamabad Model Town (IMT). It is a CDA-approved housing scheme, which makes it another safe option for property investment in Islamabad. Model Town is situated right adjacent to Bahria Enclave.

It is a CDA-approved housing society. According to the details revealed by stakeholders of Park View City, it is a large housing development spanning 5,000 kanals.
