DHA Phase 9 Prism
DHA Phase 9 Prism was launched in 2015 and since then it has garnered buyers’ attention, quite successfully. In late 2015, the project’s balloting was held, and since then people have been waiting for internal development which could seal the project’s value. In October of the same year, development charges were also announced.
The first selling point of Defence Phase 9 Prism is its prime location which is right next to Askari XI, at one of the exits of Lahore Ring Road. Right next to it is the more densely populated and properly planned DHA Phase 4 and Phase 5 which leads on towards Phases 3, 2, and 1. On the other side are Phase 6, Phase 7, and Phase 8 which is considered new defence; a posh area housing Education City and a host of entertainment avenues.
Ever since the ballot and announcement of development charges, construction activities inside the locality have been fast progressing. All of the main roads and streets have been constructed and paved, whereas water filtration plants, parks and other open spaces have been properly established as well. It is worth mentioning here that DHA Phase 9 Prism has seen rapid construction and development; all of which have been under the proposed and promised timeline of the developers. DHA Phase 8
Of all these phases, DHA Phase 8 was one of the first ones to be developed and offer possession. The initial sectors that were launched have plots of sizes 1, and 2 kanal whereas now in newer blocks, especially Block Y, smaller plot sizes of 5, 8, and 10 marla are also available. These new cuttings have been introduced as the developers have realized that there is greater demand for smaller size plots.
DHA Phase 8 sits right opposite the Allama Iqbal International Airport and is separated by Lahore Ring Road. This phase has a dedicated commercial space and some of the best cafes and restaurants in the city. Apart from this, you’ll also find some of the best schools and healthcare facilities here.
