After a round of successful events in Lahore, Rahim Yar Khan, and Faisalabad, Business Connect came to Karachi on the 8th of February. The port city is the economic hub of Pakistan and Is chockfull of investors looking to benefit from the real estate business.
Agents in this financial centre got a chance to empower themselves to earn with us by attending our Business Connect Event at Lasania Restaurant, Main Rashid Minhas Road. As befits Karachi’s economic status, this was the biggest chapter of Business Connect to date. It was attended by 158 agents, interested in working with Zameen to maximise their earnings and outreach.
Manager Affiliates Network Agha Sultan Mehdi gave the attendees of the meeting a detailed orientation about the Zameen Affiliates Network and its goal of uplifting Pakistan’s real estate market. Regional Head Sales (South) Taha Mehmood also addressed the delegates.
Under the Affiliates Programme, we offer agents commissions for selling inventory in our projects. Regional Head, CPML Karachi Farough Khan and SBDM Shoaib Anees, conducted a ‘Touch the Projects’ session, where they gave the attendees a detailed overview of top projects such as Omega Mall Airport, The Motor City, Sumsum Towers, and Canadian City Gwadar. Selling inventory in these projects is sure to lead to excellent business for our affiliates.
Agha Sultan Mehdi and Head of Affiliates Network Adil Kamal then presented the commission structure to the audience. This structure included the exact commissions for inventory in each project up for sale in the Affiliates Programme. The agents were also given handouts for their own reference.
Then, Manager Sales Ahmed Dhedhi delivered the Classifieds Address, where he explained the various packages offered by Zameen.com for its classified ads and listings. Agents were also told how to best utilise these packages to make their business as beneficial as possible and also get extensive online reach.
The agents attending the event received participation certificates. These certificates were handed out by Adil Kamal, Associate Director of Classified Sales Asim Bhatti, and Taha Mehmood. Goodie bags and marketing collateral was also distributed among the participants to get them started on the journey to earn with us. Commission cheques were also handed out to our affiliates.
The event ended with a dinner where everyone got to interact and network informally. Overall, the first Business Connect Event in Karachi was a massive success. We look forward to more events all over Pakistan and putting our real estate industry on the international map.
