The Zameen Affiliates Programme has played a major role in encouraging business investment in Pakistan in only a short time. On March 8, it hosted the latest edition of its Business Connect Event in Defence Raya, Lahore.
Over 70 affiliates attended the event’s two sessions and were offered guidance on how to empower themselves by earning big with Zameen.com. Orientation session by Agha Sultan Mehdi
The proceedings started with an orientation session conducted by Agha Sultan Mehdi, Manager Affiliates Network.
He briefed the attendees on the basics of the Affiliates Programme and also introduced them to the Propforce app: a portal where interested individuals and/or agencies can access all the available inventory and projects that Zameen.com is offering a commission for. It facilitates peoples’ entry to the country’s real estate
Basil Hafeez, Associate Director-Project Sales, then followed this by presenting the ‘Touch the Projects’ segment. He gave the present agents a glimpse of the projects they could become part of, as well as the hefty commissions they could earn.
Usman Sarwar, Associate Director, CPML Sales Lahore, also talked about these projects and encouraged Affiliates to sell inventory and earn commissions with them. Agha Sultan Mehdi later shared the structure of commissions for various projects with the event’s participants.
A project that must be mentioned here is Zameen Opal by Zameen Developments. This apartment project offers various options for buyers and caters to all their needs. It uses the insights and experience gained over the years under the Zameen name to create a gem of a residential project. At the event, Affiliates were also told about the option of incorporating Zameen Opal branding in their premises, in order to attract further business opportunities. Such projects are essential for encouraging both local and overseas buyers to invest in Pakistan.
Agents can also stand to benefit greatly from our Classifieds section. Muhammad Hasan, Regional Sales Manager-Central, informed the participants about the various packages they could avail through this product.
After these presentations, Director Sales Lahore Chaudhary Laeeque Iftikhar talked to the participants about the significant role played by Zameen.com in Pakistani real estate, and how they could benefit from the Affiliates Programme and the Propforce website. He discussed the ease and accessibility these platforms bring to the property market. He also stated how their use would boost business investment in Pakistan.
The agents also asked a number questions from the presenters, and expressed their satisfaction with the answers given. Many of the attendees stated that their misconceptions were cleared, and that they had gained a better understanding of how to make their businesses prosper with Zameen.com.
To wrap up, members of senior management from Zameen.com handed over certificates and commission cheques to the participants.
