After a round of successful events all across Pakistan, Zameen.com’s Business Connect Event came to Rahim Yar Khan for the third time on April 9, 2019. The event took place at Etihad Garden on Airport Road, and proved to be a massive success with over 50 affiliates in attendance; showing the confidence that property agents tend to place in the Zameen brand, and hinting of the benefits they expect to reap in return.
The proceedings started with an orientation session conducted by Manager Affiliates Network Agha Sultan Mehdi. Staying true to tradition, he gave a succinct and thorough explanation of what the Affiliates Network is all about, and how Zameen is committed to working with agents for the betterment of the country’s real estate industry as a whole.
Afterwards, Regional Manager Sales Nasir Malik and Business Development Manager Irfan Younus gave presentations on some excellent projects exclusively marketed by Zameen.com during the ‘Touch the Projects’ segment. They put special emphasis on the many benefits agents could enjoy by selling inventory in Etihad Gardens.
They also highlighted some of the amazing (and new) real estate projects currently on offer by Zameen Developments: Zameen Opal and Zameen Ace Mall. These developments have been designed using all of the incisive real estate expertise gathered over Zameen’s 12 years of operational experience – and excellence – in giving clients exactly what they want in terms of project construction. And property agents, through their association with these exquisitely designed residential & commercial structures, stand to receive the opportunity of a lifetime by getting commissions through the sale of their inventory.
This Rahim Yar Khan chapter of the Business Connect Event was especially important as agents were also given a thorough briefing regarding Propforce.com: Zameen.com’s online portal for its Affiliates. This web platform allows Affiliates to easily access inventory and keep track of what they’re selling, along with the commissions owed to them.
During this phase in the proceedings, Zameen.com’s representatives thoroughly explained the policies & procedures involved in signing up with the platform, and provided assurances that all data shared with Zameen Media remains secure. The agents also got to see a hands-on demonstration of how Propforce should be used, and how it can make the whole process of becoming an Affiliate simple.
This tutorial session was seen to boost the morale of the 50 agents gathered at the venue, and resulted in reinforcing their trust in Zameen.com further cemented when they were explained how they could gain access to a wider client database and tap into more sales opportunities by becoming Zameen Affiliates.
Nasir Malik also presented his Classifieds Address to the agents. He listed the benefits of buying the various packages offered by Zameen.com for the Classifieds section. He briefed them about the mechanism involved in posting Classifieds listings, and alluded to the impressive levels of client outreach which they could attain by purchasing any of the said packages offered.
Agha Sultan gave further details about the Affiliates Programme by explaining the structure of commissions (which differs from project to project). Physical copies of this structure were also distributed.
All of these presentations were accompanied by a meet & greet session, where agents got to interact with one another – as well as with the Zameen team to discuss all of their concerns in an informal & candid manner. These ‘off the cuff’ conversations served to provide a good display of Zameen’s easy accessibility for clients and Affiliates, and led to the forging of new business dealings between the company and agents.
A Q&A session was also held to answer any other queries which the agents were still grappling with – helping them to gain a lot of clarity on how the Affiliates Network functions, what Zameen is all about, and how they could enjoy many monetary and publicity benefits through their association with the brand. The existing Affiliates received the commission cheques due to them. The agents present also received participation certificates and goodie bags, along with a hearty lunch, which added to the festive spirit of the occasion.
