Bismillah Housing Scheme is an attractive project on GT Road, near Manawa Police Training Centre. Affordability is the main factor that has attracted genuine buyers and investors towards the housing scheme. Development and Possession
According to Yasir Shareef of Awan Real Estate, development work is going full-sail ahead. It is already 100% complete in Blocks A, B, and C, while currently development is taking place in Bilal Block, where roads are being carpeted, similar work is taking place in other blocks too.
Most importantly, the society has finally acquired a gas connection. This development is usually a game-changer for housing schemes and so it has been for Bismillah Housing Scheme. Currently, the gas lines are being laid in the housing scheme.
Possession is available in most of the housing scheme, however, there are small pockets of areas in Block C and some other blocks where the complete land has not been acquired. As soon as the acquisition there is complete, the development will be completed immediately, Yasir explained, and possession will be available there soon afterwards.
Market and prices
Yasir was extremely excited about the amount of activity that has been taking place ever since the gas connection was announced. He said that ever since the gas connection has been announced, the number of people looking for a home in Bismillah Housing have jumped significantly. The prices have seen an increase as well. Currently, the prices stand as follows:

Prospects for genuine buyers and investors
The prospects are really good for both genuine buyers and investors. Genuine buyers, Yasir explained, can go for a plot in Blocks A, B, or C where the gas is going to be available first and the place is already 100% developed.
Meanwhile, if you are an investor looking for a good short-term investment, Yasir recommended Bilal Block, Haider Block, Ali Block and Jinnah Block. These are places where development is taking place and will be completed soon. Yasir estimated that a jump of at least 70,000—80,000 per marla can be expected in each of these blocks for 5-marla plots in a few months as the development there is completed or possession becomes available.
