The price of a 75 square yards plots is PKR 16.75 lakh with a down payment of PKR 2.95 lakh and an easy 4-year instalment plan that will require you to pay an instalment of PKR 86,250 every three months in 16 total instalments, with possession being given in 3 years.
A processing fee of PKR 5,000 is applicable on each form, which will be non-refundable, and the development, maintenance, and service charges will need to be paid separately. Please note that 10% extra will also be charged for all corner, boulevard-facing, and park-facing plots.
Development Updates for Bahria Greens, Karachi
Booking for Bahria Greens, Karachi, ended on the 10th of July 2020. A Groundbreaking Ceremony was held shortly after for the inauguration of a Model Street that will house 20 model villas.
