The most popular phases for buying a plot in DHA Lahore are Phase 7, 8 and 9 Prism, with Phase 7 having 21.3% of the total searches, while the other two have 20.8% and 18.6% of the searches respectively.
Buying land of 5 marla in Defence Lahore can cost you PKR 29 lakh to PKR 1.75 crore, while a 10 marla plot can be priced between PKR 33 lakh to PKR 3.4 crore. A 1 kanal plot in this community can have prices between PKR 38 lakh to PKR 6.5 crore and a larger plot of 2 kanal can be an investment of PKR 85 lakh to PKR 11.5 crore.
Bahria Town
Having 6.7% of the total searches for plots for sale in Lahore in January, Bahria Town is the second locality on our list. Sectors C, F and E are the most searched for areas here, having 24.1%, 21.2% and 20.7% of the searches focused on them respectively.
Bahria Town offers a variety of plot sizes from 5 and 10 marla to 1 and 2 kanal for those who are interested in buying a plot in Lahore. Prices of these plots vary according to their sizes with a 5 marla plot being sold for PKR 20 lakh to PKR 1.2 crore. Similarly, the cost of 10 marla plots for sale is between PKR 27 lakh and PKR 2.9 crore, whereas a 1 kanal plot of land might be on sale for PKR 52 lakh to 3.75 crore. Bahria Town also offers 2 kanal plots with their prices ranging between PKR 1.5 to 5 crore.
Bahria Orchard
The next area that is the most searched for when it comes to plots for sale in Lahore is Bahria Orchard, having 3.5% of the searches directed towards it. The community’s Phases 2, 1 and 4 are the most popular for plot buying, with Phase 2 having 40.5% of the total searches. In contrast, Phase 1 had 37.5% and Phase 4 had 17.2% of the searches focused on them within January.
A 5 marla plot in Bahria Orchard can be on sale for PKR 10 lakh to PKR 59 lakh, while land of 10 marla can be priced at PKR 17 lakh to PKR 1.22 crore. Residential plots of 1 kanal in the area can be bought for PKR 73 lakh to PKR 1.45 crore.
Lake City
Lake City is also high in our list of the most popular areas for plots for sale in Lahore with 3.4% of January’s searches being focused on it. The most popular sectors here are Sector M-7 having 38% of the searches, Sector M-8 having 13.2% of the total searches and Sector M-3 having 9.9% of the total search percentages for January.
Prices for a 5 marla residential plot of land in Lake City can vary between PKR 23.5 to PKR 80 lakh, while a 10 marla option can be on sale for PKR 25 lakh to PKR 1.44 crore. Meanwhile, plots of 1 and 2 kanal can be on sale for PKR 60 lakh to 2.75 crore and PKR 75 lakh to PKR 5.5 crore respectively.
LDA Avenue
Making its way into the top 5 areas to buy a residential plot in Lahore, we have LDA Avenue, which was targeted by 2.3% of the total searches in January. The locality’s Block D had a search percentage of 18.2% while Block A had 15% and Block M had 14.5% of the total search percentages with respect to buying land in Lahore.
A 5 marla residential plot here can be an investment of PKR 22 lakh or more, while PKR 23 lakh to 1.3 crore could be required for a plot size of 10 marla. Residential plots of 1 kanal are on the market for PKR 50 lakh to PKR 3.5 crore, while 2 kanal plots can also be purchased in LDA Avenue for PKR 1.5 to PKR 3.3 crore.
