The project enjoys a prime location in Gulberg Residencia, D Markaz, which has been touted as the next big commercial hub of Islamabad. Mr. Abid Anwar, the project’s CEO, provided some details of The Arcadia Mall and Residency in a recent interview with Zameen.com.
According to Mr. Anwar, a 100 feet wide road runs behind the structure and it is also connected to a boulevard at the entrance. A mosque and a family park are also located nearby.

There are numerous amenities that the developers of Arcadia Mall and Residency have envisioned for the project. First and foremost, to ensure security, round-the-clock surveillance will be carried out via CCTV cameras, which will be installed throughout the structure. Apart from this, The Arcadia will comprise a fire alarm system, a health club, a cafeteria, a standby generator and a spacious parking area.

The CEO of The Arcadia Mall and Residency in his interview commented that there will be flexible payment plans for those looking to invest in the project. He also said that the purpose of introducing flexibility in the payment plans is to help startups and young entrepreneurs who want to invest in the commercial sector of Islamabad.
If you have decided to buy a shop in The Arcadia, then remember, to become the owner of the unit, you need to pay a 25% down payment. You will have your stakes involved in the project and then, through a flexible payment method that Mr. Abid Anwar described in his interview, you can easily negotiate your payment schedule as to when it would be feasible for you to make the rest of the payment.
In fact, according to Mr. Osman Wahid, “The payment policy is pay as you can. There is no hard and fast rule to this,” he told Zameen.com. “If you have made the 25% down payment then the shop is yours – you can make the rest of the payments whenever you can. It is as simple as that. This is quite a lucrative proposition, especially for first-time investors and businessmen,” he added.
Once you have made the down payment, then you need to pay around 11 quarterly installments or you can negotiate it with the team present at the site office in Gulberg Residencia. The Latest Development Status
As per the latest updates on The Arcadia Mall and Residency’s development status, it is expected that the project will be developed within a period of 3 years. In his interview, the CEO mentioned the development work has already started and the grey structure of the mall and apartment project will be completed within the next six months.
