Al-Noor Orchard is going to carry out its first balloting tomorrow, 1st September 2018 at 2 PM for plots located in Blocks A and B. This ballot is for 550 plots of 5 and 10 marlas. According to M. Aslam Pakistan from Roxland Real Estate Consultants, the prices will increase after this ballot. However, he’s sceptical that the increase won’t be that significant as the market is fairly stable at the moment, and with the high-quality construction in the project, prices are already relatively high. Aslam believes that the pace of development and the materials used in construction have enabled the prices to increase here.
However, this ballot is an important development as Al-Noor Orchard is also going to announce its extension, based on 42 acres. That will have a lot more plots for people to buy and invest in. This shows Al-Jalil Developers earnest efforts to further expand in the real estate industry and contribute to its quality.
