What are the prices and payment plan for these plots?
The payment plan spans 5 years and has 60 monthly instalments. The 3-marla plot is priced at PKR 1 million, the 5-marla plot is priced PKR 1.5 million; the 10-marla plot is priced at PKR 2.7 million; and, 1-kanal plots are priced at PKR 5 million. Below is the detailed payment plan:

My question is that would you be developing the said housing society like other very slow pace. When ask they reply that development is associated with selling of plots. Further mostly societies even got failed bcoz developers just left it at the residents to take car of it. All the promises prove just fake. Can you through some light on the above lines please.
