Zameen.com enthralled the investors and buyers of Karachi with its Zameen Expo 2018 Karachi. The event was held at Expo Centre Karachi, on 6th and 7th January 2018 in Halls 4 and 5 and drew huge crowds of people each day. This was Zameen.com’s first property expo of 2018, and the third of its kind in Karachi. This expo turned out to be a big hit with people. Over seventy exhibitors participated in the event, engaging people with exciting property ventures over the two-day event.
Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Minister for Transport and Mass Transit, Labour, Human Resources, Information Sindh inaugurated the Karachi Expo. While Mr. Muffasar Atta Malik, President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) was the Special Guest on January 7th to mark the successful conclusion of the Expo. This was the twelfth in the series of Zameen’s successful events.
Last year’s expo in Karachi was Zameen.com’s biggest property event and this year’s expo has broken the company’s own record. Property deals worth millions of rupees were made and the entire environment was buzzing with activity. This year, too, both halls remained packed with prominent real estate players, genuine buyers, investors, various real estate agents, and developers as well.
These property expos aren’t just essential for formulating on-spot deals, but also serve the purpose of bringing all sellers and buyers together under one roof to understand how the real estate markets around the country are behaving.

According to Imran Younus, a visitor who came with his family to Expo Centre, “I came here last time as well and I am very happy with how the event has turned out this year. This initiative by Zameen.com is very good as it helps people like myself thoroughly understand and interact with real estate agents and developers under one roof”. He and his wife had a good time at the expo and were able to very closely understand the country’s property markets. This is the kind of feedback we expect to get from our expos, and each year we plan to bring something even bigger than the last time!
Zameen’s Karachi Expo is always a big affair, targeting a very diverse clientele and this year was no different. Zameen’s exclusive marketing campaigns and plans for the Expo included an entire section dedicated to fun-filled activities such as the kids’ play area, food court, Zameen Hut, photo booth, face-painting, and much more. This wasn’t just a property exhibition, but a carnival of sorts, allowing people to experience real estate in a new way.
