Airport Housing Society

Also known as the Airport Employees Cooperative Housing Society (AECHS), the Airport Housing Society is a dedicated residential community for the workforce of the Benazir International Airport. Located just to the south-east corner of the airport, this residential community is highly secured and well protected — with at least 110 security personnel managing the security profile of the society. This densely-populated housing scheme enjoys a prime location, with Islamabad Highway on its eastern side and the Korang River on its southern side. Moreover, this housing community is surrounded with better-developed housing societies, including the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Phases 2 and 5. Airport Housing Society is divided into four sectors (1 - 4), where each sector is further divided into sub-sectors — from A to I (for Sector 4). Additionally, Sectors 1, 2 and 3 feature luxurious houses on prime locations, whereas the houses in Sector 4 offer furnished and unfurnished houses, along with residential and commercial plots.
