DHA Peshawar

DHA Peshawar is the first project by the Defence Housing Authority in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It builds on the success of DHA in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi. The project aims to turn the city into an attractive investment as well as a commercial centre. It is the first gated society in the provincial capital. The total notified area of DHA Peshawar is 17,000 acres.

DHA Peshawar Launch

DHAP is a statutory body formed under the Defence Housing Authority Peshawar Act of 2009. The project was announced in 2014 and launched in 2016. The balloting of plots began in 2017. Development work kicked off in 2018. As of 2022, Nasir Bagh Commercial and Sector Prism are being developed.

DHA Peshawar is on Nasir Bagh road. It is opposite Model Town. Hafiz Town and Yaseen Town are also nearby. DHA Peshawar head office is on Khyber Road, Peshawar Cantt.

DHA Peshawar is a great investment because it is becoming a cultural hub of the city. The housing society has set a precedent by organising recreational events. Recently, around 25,000 people attended the Spring Gala. It included a flower exhibition, car show, corporate stalls and dance performances.

Adventure Arena is an exciting place for families to hang out. DHA organises live screening of cricket matches there. It also has a zipline and other thrilling games. People can also rent ATV bikes and drive them on a 1-kilometre track. Special activities such as face painting and magic shows are planned for Sundays.

D Mall DHA Peshawar is a luxury high-rise with offices, restaurants and apartments. Once developed, it will have three basements, a lower ground and ground floor as well as 13 stories.

Work is underway on an international standard school in Sector B.
