Singhar Housing Scheme Gwadar

Singhar Housing Scheme is situated on the Koh-e-Batil, which it shares with the Pakistan Navy, the Gwadar main port and the Pearl Continental hotel. It is surrounded from all four sides by the Arabian Sea, and because of this, the housing society features a premium luxurious vibe. Reports suggest that Singhar Housing Scheme was initially announced for the locals of Gwadar but following the development of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project, some land area of this residential community was handed over to the Pakistan Navy, while the remaining area was earmarked for residential accommodation. Moreover, the management of the Singhar Housing Scheme has announced the possession of plots in its phase 1 and 4 — out of its total 5 phases. Additionally, the development of the Singhar Housing Scheme is carried out by the provincial government (of Balochistan). The total area reserved for this housing project spans across some 3,000 acres, and comes equipped with all the basic facilities and amenities needed to enjoy a complete living experience, including a high-capacity underground water reservoir of 40,000 gallons, wide carpeted roads, electrification work, and a desalination plant.
