By contacting us, whether through inquiry, phone call, email, message, or any other form of communication, you explicitly agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This agreement is binding from the moment of contact and applies to any services we provide.

4. Services Provided*

We offer a range of services related to the buying, selling, renting, and leasing of real estate, including but not limited to:
- Property listings and marketing
- Negotiation and contract facilitation
- Property viewings and inspections

5. Client Obligations*

Accurate Information:** Clients must provide truthful and accurate information regarding their property or requirements. Any false representation may result in the termination of our services.
- **Cooperation:** Clients are expected to cooperate fully with us by providing necessary documents, access to the property, and timely responses to communications.

6. Fees and Payment*

Payment Terms:** All fees and commissions are payable upon the successful completion of a sale or rental transaction.
- **No Hidden Fees:** Other than the commission rates stated above, no additional fees will be charged unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- **Late Payments:** In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount at a rate specified in the agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution*
