• Easily adjust cars parking as situated on main 120 feet boulevard.
• Separate washrooms for gents & ladies.
• Beautiful artificial water fall.

• Per event rent 45000. (Slightly Negotiable)
(3) TERMS & CONDITIONS :
• Rent is slightly negotiable, no foolish bargaining is welcomed at all.
• Farm house annex (building/house) is not available for guests stay, we only rent out farm house lawn having above mentioned specifications.
• Only one furnished room with attach bathroom (Bridal room) can be arranged on request via extra payment.
• Special discount available for 2-3 days continuous event only.
• Above rates only includes space charges & electricity charges.
• Catering/Food/Generator & all others can also be arranged on request via extra payment.
• Farm house is strictly not available for alcoholic/extreme loud music & all sort of bachelors parties.
• Fully secure environment having CCTV facility & security petrolling, furthermore special guards with licensed armours can also be arranged on request via extra payment.
