try to check this website bahriatowns.com. This website has child website safarivalley.com and here they have listed plots from different blocks . Try to check or even contact them ...just random thought

@ apple the prices are very much the same as in the market so i guess they are realiable…i have made up my mind in buying this plot . INSHALLAH
7 marla has price range anywhere between 38 to 43 according to website. Can u update what price r u paying for it? Has possession been allotted at Omer block?
I have made him an offer of 39 and i think today we should be able to get it around 40.5 lacs Inshallah. Ill update you in few hours after i have bought the plot.
Bought the plot for 39.5 lacs. A good deal no thanks to the dealer.Posession has been alloted ready fro construction

Fair Purchase price, Umer Block plots are in high demand after Abu Bakr block, mostly people ask 45-50 Lacs for the 7 marla plot.
