Mate are you sure? As its going to cost you 16 to 18 million and in this range you have other options too in other good areas of Karachi like DHA, PECHS, Clifton, SMCHS and many others. Still you want it i will ask some friends and you contact Saadi Biz too who is featured agent here and deals in Malir Cantt. Sorry for late replay as I don’t login daily.

Few of my friends have suffered on more than one occasion that is why I have decided for Askari 5. I am regular visitor to your site and like it’s contents and information. As you wish friend. Last week Chuhan Associates (34902509, 0321-3751138) asking 19 million for west open brigadier house (its asking price hope you are good negotiator). Personally I know they are big name in Malir Cantt market. Aamir Estate offers same as well in last Sunday Dawn. Better to contact them too for more options (34492525, 0300-9227809).
And remember that Malir Cantt authority charges Rs 1500/month for maintenance may be more from you as you are going for bigger house but than its worth it my friend.

For Malir Cantt, the dealers I mentioned, will show you so many houses. In any other area that you are interested in, tell me and definitely I can suggest you some good reputable dealer with whom either I deal or my any friend/relative and who can give you fair prices. Don’t trust on prices you get on internet in real market touching bottom low and at moment buyer is king.
Don’t hurry your hand. Talk to family, check some others areas as well, look at your present and future family requirements also distance from job place, educational institutes, relatives etc than decide. We are always here to help you as best we can.

Do you see naval colony in KDA scheme one? Mate it’s may be the most beautiful society I have seen in Karachi. Small hills covered with grass, up and down roads, flats, bungalows and barracks (for navy bachelors). Totally secured by Military Police. Offered better security than you was looking in Malir Cantt but in heart of city. Civilian can purchase there but one problem. 350 yards new bungalows cost 27-28 million. Hope second hand will come under your range but area worth visit.
Tell me about your requirement in PECHS & SMCHS (house size, ground floor or 2, max limit of range) I will come with good agent contact in day or 2.
Thanks. I am retired Army officer as well. So getting accommodation in armed forces colonies should not be a problem. I can not stretch myself beyond 21m. As far PECHS an SMCHS are concerned I am looking for a area not less than 400 sq yds with at least four bedrooms.

I think you can try naval colony in 21 m. No need you should go for new house any 10 year old will do the trick if maintain properly and if it has extra floor I think you can compromise on 350 yards and its environment more easy for you to adjustable than civilians. Good thing most PECHS & SMCHS dealers can help you about Naval colony so must asked about it even you have no plan to buy there. Give me 1-2 days i will come with good agent through personal references otherwise giants with good reputation working there.

I visited Askari 5 on sat. Liked the house the only issue is accessibility to the Cantt from City.
KK, do you really think I can find good houses of 5 bed in PECHS, SMCHS and Gulshan-Iqbal? Need your advise.

What is your range mate? Commuting from Askari 5 every day is headache if your work place is in city that's why I suggest Syed to consider other areas. Sure Askari 5 have less street crimes than rest of city but look at your access routes. One Shahrah Faisal and its disturb from Jinaah terminal till Drigh Colony during clashes. Same Applies on Corridor 3 and just forget about Super highway.That's why i don't prefer Malir Cantt at first place.
